EVENT WORKOUT 1: POWER LADDER Reloaded!

 


This is a twist on last year's very popular Power Ladder.

Two athletes will have 2 minutes to complete a (25 Bar Facing Burpees Rx+ /20 Bar Facing Burpees Rx) buy-in in each station, and perform as many repetitions as possible of Clusters.
There will be a total of 5 stations.

Men Rx+... 175lbs, 195lbs, 215lbs, 235lbs, 255lbs
Women Rx+... 115lbs, 125lbs, 135lbs, 145lbs, 155lbs

Men Rx... 115lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs, 175lbs, 195lbs.
Women Rx... 75lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs, 125lbs.

- Each athlete must perform at least one repetition of each movement (BF Burpees/Clusters) in order for the repetitions in each round to count and continue the ladder.
- Only one athlete may work at a time, and can alternate as often as they wish.
- Last station's Clusters' repetitions, will score triple.
- There will not be any rest time between rounds. One athlete must be ready to move into the next station 10 seconds before switching.
