EVENT WORKOUT 2: "Basic"

Rx+ Division

80 CTB Pull Ups (sprint 75m every 20 reps)
160 Push Ups (sprint 75m every 40 reps)
240 Air Squats (sprint 75m every 60 reps)

Rx Division

80 Pull Ups (sprint 75m every 20 reps)
160 Push Ups (sprint 75m every 40 reps)
240 Air Squats (sprint 75m every 60 reps)

- WOD begins with a 75m sprint.
- 2 Athletes will alternate before each sprint until completion or cap. 
- Both Rx+ and Rx will have a 15 min cap.
