The first two fundamental classes have been a huge success! We had a great turnout and some great discussions about some important movements and concepts. 


Learning the Hollow Body position is key for not only core strength, but spine stability. Keeping the position is  a way to protect your back and make sure you get the most out of certain movements. 

We also covered the basic body squat, ensuring proper form and body awareness.
