Rush Fitness Gym /CrossFit RFG has started a new Fundamentals course every first and third Tuesday of the month. The whole purpose behind these classes is to slow down and really focus on movement mechanics and mobility. Doing so will help us move better and more efficiently during wods. It's never a bad time to go back to the basics, to examine the fundamentals, and to build upon them each time through better understanding and mastery. Join us!
