Work Out All Day Every Day

Rush Fitness Gym has hourly group classes that begin every hour on the hour. We have a full schedule throughout the week and one group class on the weekends. We are even open on Sundays!

Not sure about the workout? There is guided instructions on the movements before each workout session. We set up stations if necessary, review the main movements, modifications, weight, and score keeping. Don’t let the days pass you by and come in for an intense hour of functional training.

MONDAY-FRIDAY

A.M: 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00

P.M: 4:30, 5:30, 6:30

FRIDAY P.M.

SATURDAY:

SUNDAY:
