The gym went through a wild week. The workouts included Turkish Get ups, Rope Climbs, Front Squats and a lot of push ups. Monday surprised everyone with a workout of 1,000 Double Unders. The Strength cycle had some heavy Clean and Jerks, Snatch Balance, and a Donut and Deadlift Friday.
