Get ready! Rush Fitness will be hosting a Gymnastics Workshop on July 26th. It's a good way to learn different progressions to some of the movements we use every day. Workshop will be taught by gymnast Eric Klaus. He'll be going over efficiency and progression in all movements, from basic push-ups and handstands to muscle ups and handstand walks.
