Event Workout 1: Power Ladder

RX+ Division:
Athletes will have 2 minutes to complete a 60 Double unders buy in, and perform as many repetitions as possible of Snatches.
There will be a total of 5 stations.

Men- 115lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs, 175lbs, 195lbs.
Women- 75lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs, 125lbs.

- Each athlete must perform at least one repetition of each movement (Double unders/Snatch) in order for the repetitions in each round to count and continue the ladder.
- Only one athlete may work at a time, and can alternate as often as they wish.
- Last station's snatch repetitions, will score triple.
- There will not be any rest time between rounds. One athlete must be ready to move into the next station 10 seconds before switching.

RX Division:
Athletes will have 2 minutes to complete a 40 Double unders buy in, and perform as many repetitions as possible of Ground to Overhead. (Snatch or Clean & press/push press/push jerk.)
There will be a total of 5 stations.

Men- 115lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs, 175lbs, 195lbs.
Women- 75lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs, 125lbs.

- Each athlete must perform at least one repetition of each movement (Double unders/Snatch) in order for the repetitions in each round to count and continue the ladder.

- Last station's G to OH repetitions, will score triple.
- There will not be any rest time between rounds. One athlete must be ready to move into the next station 10 seconds before switching.
