30 Burpees (Men- 9' target, Women 8' target)
30 Toes to Bar
30 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Thrusters (135lbs/95lbs)
60 Box Jumps (30"/24")
30 Thrusters
30 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Toes to Bar
30 Burpees

- Each athlete must complete 15 repetitions on each round. (No alternating sets of less than 15 reps)
- 15 minute cap

RX Division:
