Border Massacre-Photos Part II
The second workout included Toes to Bar, Burpees, Box Jumps, Bar Facing Burpees (yes! two kinds of Burpees.) and Thrusters. It was heavy on the cardio, but also demanded strength and endurance. It was really great to see all the athletes pushing through. It was a tough 15 minutes. Many a shirts came off.
