Back to Basics: Fundamentals Class
Rush Fitness Gym and CrossFit RFG now hosts a biweekly Fundamentals Class for all of our members. In this class we will go back to basic movements that are a staple of all CrossFit workouts.
We slow down the process, talk about body mechanics, demonstrate proper form and technique, while better understanding the functionality of these movements and how they transfer across a variety of other skills in CrossFit. For example, we'll take a whole class to talk about the Hollow Body position and how important it is as a foundation for different movements from push-ups, to ring dips, to muscle-ups.
This is a perfect opportunity to ask questions and have discussions about any doubts you may have regarding some of the movements we perform on a daily basis.
