Rush Fitness Gym is busy on Saturday mornings. Our RushFit Camp takes place every week at 10 a.m. If you’re looking for a lighter workout that is not exactly CrossFit but will get your heart pumping, blood racing, and those muscles toned, come by on Saturday and get your weekend started right. This is a great options also for those visiting town, looking to try something new, or wanting a workout that maybe takes it easier on the weightlifting.

Workouts Designed To Get Lean and Toned

These workouts are designed with lighter weights and high repetitions. The focus is on getting the body lean and toned so that you look good for that Saturday night date! ;) Any given class you might run into a lot of kettle bell work, running, sit ups, push ups, lunges, jump rope, push presses, etc. All of this is done under the supervision of one of our experienced coaches as they guide you through the movements, warm up, and the entire workout.
