Rush Fitness Gym offers personal and individualized training and coaching for individuals looking for a more customized training program. 

Whether you are a runner looking to build some strength, or a mixed martial artists working on your conditioning, struggling with some injuries or mobility issues, or just looking for weight loss program catered to your specific needs, we are here to guide you through the process.  

One-on-one Training

Come visit us for an evaluation. We'll discuss what you hope to accomplish and what your short and long term goals are.  From there our knowledgeable coach will map out a program that will get you on the right track in a healthy and safe way.

With personalized training you'll have workouts built to suit your specific goals while having a certified and experienced coach by your side at all times. We will work technique, skills, and nutrition to make sure you're getting the right fuel.
