Rush Fit Camp
Rush Fit Camp happens every Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
The focus of the camp is to get lean and toned without breaking down the body. The workouts are designed with lighter weights and high repetitions. We use dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and an array of body weight movements.
Rush Fit Camp is a great way to kick off your weekend—whether you are looking for some variety, a break from heavy weights or CrossFit, looking to tone up, or simply want to work up a good sweat. The camp will get your heart rate up while building lean muscle.
We begin with a ten minute warm up. Workouts last approximately 30 minutes. The program is heavy on the cardio with an integrated component of body weight movements, stabilization of core, and isolation movements.
