Event 1 & 2 Border Open 2019

We like to try something different every time and this year’s workouts have a few surprises. In case you haven’t caught them, here they are! Let us know if you have any questions.

Event 1

One of this year’s surprises is the use of the axle bar. If you’ve never trained with it, you better start now!


Event 2

We hope you’ve done your fair share of sandbag training. Sounds easier than it is. This type of workout requires a lot of coordination between partners and strategy for utmost efficiency.
