Olympic lifts 1 RM – Not working weights
•Clean & Jerk – 275#/165#
•Snatch – 225#/145#

Rx and Masters over 40 (Male/Female)

Gymnastics
•Pull-ups

-PIstols
•Toes-to-Bar
•Box Jump – 24”/20”
•Double Unders
•Handstand Push-ups

Olympic lifts 1 RM – Not working weights)
•Ground-to-Overhead – 200#/ 135#

Our workouts are intense and designed to build cardiovascular endurance as well as strength, conditioning, and various types of skills.  Whatever your fitness goals, we'll work with you to modify a plan that suits your needs. 

If you are looking to lose weight, this is a great place to start. We focus on not only losing weight, but increasing athleticism and health/nutrition in the process.  If you are recovering from surgery or easing into an exercise plan, we'll make sure you start off on the right foot.

Our experienced and friendly coaches will work with you depending on your level or individual needs. There are constant demonstrations of all movements, so there is never an intimidation factor. We love to teach great form!

Rush Fitness offers personal training. If you are just getting started with an exercise program, our coaches are here to guide you step by step through the process. We teach correct form and technique and modify workouts to best suit your needs. We will help you reach your fitness potential.
