Morning and Evening Classes — Workout Any Time of Day

Mon - Fri: 6, 8, 9 AM — 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 P.M

(No 6:30PM on Friday)

S: 10 am

Are you an early bird? Do you prefer working out in the evenings?

We got a class that WORKS for you.

Our classes begin promptly at each allotted slot with a group warm up and stretching to get ready for the workout. We then begin the workout of the day. Classes begin and end within the hour, so if you have a busy schedule and need to come in and out, count on getting your money’s worth in just 60 minutes. If you want to stick around to do the strength component or get a little extra work in, feel free!

When you sign up for personal training sessions, we will work around your schedule to see what fits best. We have available slots in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

GROUP CLASSES HELD ALL DAY
